Important points to note

A few pointers to take note for the real estate guys

1) Apartments are now eligible to foreigners. (previously wasn't)

2) For a bankrupt to engage in a HDB transaction, he does not need the letter from the official assignee anymore for the sale to proceed. This has been done away with recently.
